The Jones Downtown Loft is a studio design project I completed in the Spring of 2021, my second semester at Century College. The goal of the project was to design a space for a young professional couple in their 30"s at their downtown loft. 

For this project, we were tasked with generating our own floor plan from scratch to satisfy the client's needs.

I created the floor plan and supporting construction documents, then specified all finish selections for 3 rooms, which included cabinetry, paint, flooring, furnishings, and all light fixtures. The construction documents and elevations for this project were hand drafted, then created in AutoCAD.
