The North St Paul House is a project I completed in the Spring of 2022, my fourth semester at Century College. I was a part of a design team of 4 who made exterior and interior selections for a home in the city of North St. Paul, MN. The design concept for the house is an Urban Cottage; focusing on bringing in the feeling of comfort and relaxation that you think of when you hear the word ‘cottage’, while possessing elements of modern elegance. The design focuses on organic colors and materials that nod to a biophilic aesthetic.

I focused on developing the digital presentation for the group, while aiding in all design selections and communicating with trades. The house is currently under construction, and more details will be added once completed!
